Coin Detective Cashback Terms of Service Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Coin Detective Cashback (hereinafter referred to as "Coin Detective") and its members in connection with the use of the cashback service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Coin Detective. Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Member" refers to a person who accesses the Service provided by Coin Detective and completes registration in accordance with these Terms. 2. "Cashback" refers to a reward system in which members receive cryptocurrency rewards when certain conditions are met based on their linked exchange accounts. Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms) 1. These Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the initial screen of the Service. 2. Coin Detective may amend these Terms when necessary, provided that such amendments do not violate applicable laws. In such cases, Coin Detective shall notify members in advance. Article 4 (Membership Registration) 1. Members may register using an email address and password. 2. Coin Detective may refuse registration or terminate membership afterward under any of the following circumstances: - If false information is provided - If another person’s information is used without authorization - If deemed inappropriate by Coin Detective Article 5 (Member Obligations) 1. Members shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service: - Providing false information or impersonating another person - Unauthorized access to or hacking of Coin Detective’s systems - Any acts that violate applicable laws or public order and morals 2. Members are responsible for securely managing their account information, including email addresses and passwords. Article 6 (Provision and Modification of the Service) 1. Coin Detective provides services such as exchange account linking, cashback requests, and transaction history viewing. 2. The contents of the Service may be changed at Coin Detective’s discretion. In such cases, members will be notified in advance. Article 7 (Service Suspension) 1. Coin Detective may temporarily suspend the Service under the following circumstances: - System maintenance, updates, or technical failures - Legal or administrative restrictions 2. Coin Detective shall not be liable for any damages caused by such suspension unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. Article 8 (Membership Withdrawal and Restrictions) 1. Members may withdraw from the Service at any time. Upon withdrawal, member information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws. 2. Coin Detective may restrict usage or terminate membership if a member violates these Terms. Article 9 (Disclaimer) 1. Coin Detective shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or unavoidable technical failures. 2. Coin Detective shall not intervene in or be responsible for disputes arising between members or between members and third parties. Supplementary Provision These Terms shall take effect on July 25, 2025.
